For individuals struggling with their relationship with food, exercise and/or body image. With no criteria around diagnosis, BMI or weight, if you feel ready for support, it’s here for you.
We’ll consider where you are vs where you’d like to be, working together to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns and begin rebuilding a sense of purpose, joy and self-worth.
45-minute sessions. To enable time for building trust and enacting change, a minimum of ten sessions is recommended.
For individuals struggling with low mood, anxiety and/or overwhelm. We’ll consider where you are currently vs where you’d like to be, working together to find joy in the everyday and feel inspired about the future.
Tools may include mindfulness, goal setting, journaling and yoga therapy.
To ensure time for building trust and enabling change, we recommend a minimum of six sessions.
A dedicated hour for those supporting individuals who may be struggling. Ideal for parents, partners, friends or family members. Option to join 1:1/alongside family members.
Offers a space for you to talk through your experience, develop a deeper understanding of your loved one’s experience and discuss helpful skills and resources.
This session will also include time for tools such as mindfulness and goal setting to reconnect with yourself and build in some me-time.
A block of six sessions specifically designed for ages fourteen to eighteen.
Tailored towards exploring identity, education, emotional regulation and confidence. Ideal for young people struggling with overwhelm, low self-esteem, school avoidance, perfectionism, body image difficulties, etc.
Tools may include goal setting, journaling and vision boards. Enquire now to discuss your child’s specific needs.
