For individuals struggling with low mood, anxiety and/or overwhelm. We’ll consider where you are currently vs where you’d like to be, working together to find joy in the everyday and feel inspired about the future.

Tools may include mindfulness, goal setting, journaling and yoga therapy.

To ensure time for building trust and enabling change, we recommend a minimum of six sessions.
