Creative Expression
A practical workshop that teaches young people to express and make sense of their feelings through art.
Using paint, collage, clay or creative writing, the group will create using prompts around how they are feeling.
Offered as either a one-off or a six-week programme. Up to ten students at a time.
Navigating Exams
Through group discussion, facilitator presentation and short activities, the session aims to normalise exam anxiety and provide tangible coping skills.
Students design a personalised toolkit they can return to throughout the exam season.
A one-off hour-long session. Suitable for up to twenty-five students at a time.
Intro to Mindfulness
A practical introduction to key mindfulness techniques, including a guided visualisation.
Ideal for students struggling with overwhelm, anxiety, emotional dysregulation and self-harm.
Offered as either a one-off or a six-week programme. Suitable for 6-8 students at a time.
Worry Workshop
A fun, engaging session for young people who may struggle with overwhelm, anxiety and EBSA.
Students create their own fidget toys to take away and look at skills such as emotional regulation, self-soothing and letting go of worries.
